Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Real-Time Image Processing and AI/ML Specialist with expertise in Jetson Nano, Raspberry Pi, and other Single Board Computers (SBCs). The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on implementing real-time image and video processing solutions and deploying AI/ML models on edge devices. This role will be critical in creating cutting-edge solutions that blend embedded systems with advanced AI/ML techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Real-Time Image and Video Processing:
• Develop and deploy advanced image and video processing algorithms with a focus on real-time performance.
• Utilize libraries like OpenCV, YOLO, TensorFlow, and PyTorch for object detection, recognition, and tracking.
• Optimize image processing workflows for latency-sensitive applications on edge devices.
2. AI/ML Model Deployment:
• Train, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) models on platforms like Jetson Nano and Raspberry Pi.
• Implement AI models for computer vision tasks, including object detection, segmentation, and anomaly detection.
• Leverage hardware acceleration (e.g., NVIDIA TensorRT) for performance optimization.
3. Embedded Systems Integration:
• Interface SBCs with peripheral devices like cameras, sensors, and actuators for seamless system integration.
• Design and implement real-time processing pipelines for image and video analytics applications.
4. System Optimization:
• Optimize algorithms for performance, energy efficiency, and memory utilization on embedded platforms.
• Conduct profiling and performance tuning of ML/DL models on edge devices.
5. Testing and Validation:
• Conduct rigorous testing of real-time image processing and AI systems under various environmental conditions.
• Ensure systems meet accuracy, latency, and reliability requirements for deployment in real-world scenarios.
6. Collaboration and Documentation:
• Collaborate with AI researchers, software developers, and hardware engineers to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Create detailed documentation for system designs, algorithms, and deployment processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in image and video processing.
- Proven experience deploying AI/ML models on embedded devices like Jetson Nano or Raspberry Pi.
- Technical Expertise:
Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and OpenCV.
Proficiency in real-time processing techniques and optimizing AI workflows for edge devices.
Familiarity with AI hardware accelerators, including NVIDIA TensorRT and CUDA. - Embedded Systems Knowledge:
Experience with Jetson Nano, Raspberry Pi, or similar SBCs.
Understanding of interfacing hardware peripherals like cameras and sensors. - Optimization Skills:
Expertise in optimizing ML/DL models for low latency and high throughput.
Knowledge of performance profiling tools for embedded platforms.Preferred Qualifications: - Hands-on experience with NVIDIA JetPack SDK and DeepStream for AI/ML deployment.
- Knowledge of IoT protocols and edge computing frameworks.
- Experience with advanced computer vision tasks such as SLAM or 3D reconstruction.
- Certification in AI/ML or Embedded Systems (preferred but not required).
